Pumping & Heating System
The unit is designed to supply fuel to the burners at a constant pressure and temperature for better combustion.
The unit consists of motor, gear pump, oil filters vertical preheaters, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, thermostat, etc. with inter connecting pipe lines and is ready to install near furnaces.
Pumping and heating units are available in 4 models.
SPH-simplex with one heater and pump.
DPDH-Duplex with 2 pump and 2 heaters.
SPU or DPU Pumping unit available without heaters for light oil application.
DPH with 2 pump and 1 heater.
Using of P and H unit would reduce oil consumption and use of over head storage tank can be avoided.
Capacity available from 1 kw to 100 kw for 15 ltrs. to 2500 ltrs./hrs. at 100° C.
